How to find us:	Ivybridge is situated 8 miles from the outskirts of Plymouth and 31 miles from the end of the M5 motorway on the A38 Devon Expressway. From Plymouth: Exit from the A38 to Ivybridge on the B3213 and at the roundabout take the 3rd exit. Follow towards Town Centre and take the 2nd exit at the 2nd and 3rd roundabouts. Turn right into Blair Road before passing the Pelican Crossing. We're situated on the right-hand side towards the bottom of the road. From Exeter: Exit from the A38 immediately after passing Shell Garage on right-hand side (North bound) signposted Kingsbridge, Yealmpton, Ermington and Ivybridge Park & Ride. At the top of the exit slip road turn right and at the following 'T' junction turn left onto the B3213. Follow this road for 3 miles to Ivybridge and go straight over the two mini-roundabouts. At the large roundabout take the first exit and turn left straight after the Pelican Crossing. We're situated on the right-hand side towards the bottom of the road
